We have done numerous transactions with Viki and her company. She started out O.k. but as soon as we increased the volume of purchases from DropShipBest.com the service became extremely poor. The items she was sending our customers were of very very poor quality and we began to get chargebacks from customers due to Dropshipbest.com's poor quality products and unsatisfactory service. We have since stopped doing business with them and are still getting chargebacks for poor quality products they have sent and even situations where they have provided tracking numbers for products but the customers have never received the items.
When you contact them about these issues they refuse to respond and we have been forced to take action against them.
