i found this supplier called e-global co ltd china on tradekey web page 3 weeks ago and i did start to chatting with this person called any which is i dont belive its he is real name and hes msn adress on web page is [email protected] so i asked him about nintendo ds lite,nintendo wii and nintendo wii fit board are they orignal or not? and whats the prices like? he answered me back saying that they are reall things and they are the authorized apple and nintendo dealers so i trusted this guys and asked them about how can i pay? what the time schedule for delivery so i went to western union and sent to payment the person called called yongfeng yu after 2 days i sent to payment i had a chat with andy asking about payment he said they did receive the money and products been sent to me and he gave me this track&trace number ea999327005cn and he said he sent the goods with courier company called ems i did receive the goods yesterday but not the things i ordered i received two fake consoles which is i never heard of one of them called game to play and another console called vii play i orignially ordered nintendi wii,nintendo ds lite console and nintendo wii fit board im extremelly dissapointed and angry at the moment somebody taken my money away and scamming me this easy its unbeleviable i dont want to another people lossing there money as well way the i did therefore im reporting this company and i hope something will be done about it i will be waiting to hear of you kind regards.

Dear Officer, About the 16-07-08 I start communication with someone call Aimee Chen from a company call E-Global Trade Co.,Ltd I query through your website for some games console, after few days we agree price and I send the money in two payments through Western Union, MTCN 3209167658 for $54 and MTCN 1916128385 for $339, both payment were send by J Vasquez. The goods I order are 1 PSP – 1 Wii – 1 Xbox, I enclose the hole conversations we have including the payments and invoice, before making the payment I query from your site directly with the person in charge to see if this person call Aimee Chen was someone from their company(please find attached email). The first few days I was ok until I receive an email that tells me they did not have in stock Xbox, I replay that the main reason of these samples is the Xbox, so I want the money back, but soon they say they are going to send it. I receive it the package on the 20-08-08 and the payment was made on the 21-07-08 it took about a month and not only that but when I open only 2 pcs of games were here, the Wii and the PSP , the Xbox is missing, also many of the games and extras as stated on the invoice were not there, please see attach the declaration form that comes with the package, you will see the total weigh of the package is 1.7kg that is to light for and Xbox,Wii and PSP. The same day I send him an email (see attached)and also to his boss the person that I make query before sending the money, but I have not get an answer yet from no one. Please see all the files attached and as they proof the case above, this people have send me something that if you compare the pictures attached with the pictures on their web site (www.e-globaltrade.com.cn) is nothing similar to them, also the Xbox have not even arrived, and the PSP doesn’t even said PSP it says 2SP(see pictures attached). I contacted this company through tradekey after looking at the rating and goldkey member.i was talking to Aimee Chen who was representing their company. i wanted to buy 15 xbox and paid them 1720usd through western union . after a week they told me that xbox are not working and i have to buy something else.when i posted ad on tradekey, i said 100% original. when we start doing business she told me everything is original.later, i bought 4 nokia N6 and 1 iphone original ones. they gave me wrong tracking number 3 to 4 times.after a month of fighting i got 5 piece products. everything is fake, 4 nokia chargers are in chinese power cord, 1 battery is missing. i bought a very expensive charger from here and found out 2 phones not working. i just want to return products and want my money back. they are liars are scam artist. i been selling teachnology for 2 years and i know the difference between fake, so they could lie to people without them knowing.i want tradekey to take strict action against them because my company here in USA is very angry and frustrated.

Hi, My experience with this company has been disappointing. Their contact was Aimee Chen, who seemed to have been taking instructions from her manager. I ordered 2 Apple MacBook Air, and 2 Sony Viaos. It was agreed that I pay an initial sum of 1000usd as part payment for the goods, which was paid on 3rd April 2008. I received old broken laptops on 4th May 2008. Incidentally, I had to pick them up from Parcelforce, as the address was incomplete. The only documents that arrived with the laptops were documents from EMS. I have spoken to Aimee twice and her phone no. is 0086-594-606581, the same number as on the website. I have emailed her many times at [email protected] The Last time we spoke was 6th May and she told me to email her from another address as she could not read my emails [though she was able to read it before!]. Since then, she has promised to return my monies but I have heard nothing since. Some sort of feedback from all sellers and buyers should be made available to all, as it would have prevented me from trading with E-Global Trade, and it would encourage sellers to trade honestly. It gives everyone an opportunity to know what they are getting into. Also, I believe that all sellers should be linked to the forum and in this way their trading practices will become public. Attached are photos of the goods I received together with the documents that came with the parcel.

They cheated me with 1009usd, they advertise MAcbook Air and Original Iphones...they call themselves Autorized Apple Re-Sellers. After 10days of making the payment, they sent me a fake iPhone and an old, scratch computer, without battery..or accesories..I can not even turn it on, it\'s a piece of Junk. After threatening day to turn them into the police, they sent me back729usd..I couldn\'t make them return all my money, because they said, that they already send me the goods, I kept telling that what he sent me was junk, that i could return them...I took the 729..i thought that recuparating most of it, was better than nothing.. By the way in their profile here, they claim that Andy is the manager and that is his alias name, his Real name is Yongfeng Yu. They admited on an e-mail that nothing of what they advertise on their website is new or original..that we are naive...that how can we believe that we can buy that stuff..with so little money?..and I told him..we believed..because you advertise it..and after..weeks of talking to you and your employees..you gave me all prove that everything was real and new... So these people are conartists..they know what they are doing..they play from negotiation point..all the way until delivery.. It is unbelievable...but I learn my experience..I believe..that tradekey instead of advertising supplyers..you should advertise, reliable agents..importers, attorneys in global trade. You should close and disable e-global trade account and all other accounts that are not able to provide an authentic certificate of business operation and you should request more than 10 veryfiable, references of succesful transactions in the USA or other parts in their world except their own country.(ask for all of their transacction paper work to them and to the references if it doesn\'t match, then you reject them from being part of your page..I know that they pay some money in order to be here, but for what..you just have a bunch of thieves on your site and it is hard to recognize the real ones) So keep the real ones..all of your 3000 points people and close all other accounts..make tradekey the most reliable and trustworthy place of the global business..charge us for membership..do it like costco of the global trade..but have only reliable and secure business in your site. I started communication with Anna Zeng from E-Global Trade, Ltd. on 4/3/2008 to purchase a brand new Macbook Air 1.8ghz computer. I was told this was brand new, in the box. She gave me the price and then I made a payment by Western Union on 4/8/2008 and it was picked up on 4/9/2008. I finally received a package on 4/28/2008 from this company. When I opened it it was a old, used, broken Ibook. The computer they sent did not have a battery or a power cord with it. On 4/29/2008, Anna told me that the correct computer was still at the shipping station and it would take more time. She did not provide me anohter tracking # or confirm anything. She has not responded to several emails since then. Look at the pictures and tell me if this is a brand new Macbook Air 1.8ghz in the box. Bottom line, this company CHEATED me and STOLE my money!

On March 18, 2008, I sent a wire transfer in the amount of $164 to E-Global Trade Co. (account name Yongfeng Yu) for 1 Nintendo wii. Then I received an email on March 25, 2008, after they received my money that they were out of stock of Nintendo wii. Next they said it will be 10 days until Nintendo wii be in stock. Then on March 27, 2008, they said it will arrive next month. Then on April 19, 2008, they said they were having trouble with their game console supplier. They kept on insisting that I need to choose something else. So I chose iPod Touch 8GM. They insured me that on the first email on March 10, 2008, that their products are brand original. On their website they said they are an authorized Apple reseller. After over a month, I finally receive the product. The product was not sealed and it’s a FAKE. It’s clearly not an iPod. The player and installation disk are wrapped in plastic with the name Oker Brand which is a cheap imitation . On the back of the player iPod was stamped on it. The player doesn’t even fit in the box. The front of the box has 8GM on it and back of the box has 16GM on it. There is nothing original about this product , but a FAKE imitation. Please help me get my money back or at least send me the original iPod Touch 8GM. E-Global Trade Co should not be allow to conduct business with anyone. They are not answering my emails. They are a FRAUD!.

This company is 100% fraud, I have been contacting them back and forth for the last 3-4 weeks about purchasing a Playstation 3 console, I was hesitant to do business with them because they wanted 100% prepayment and I wanted to pay with pay pal or escrow. They said they would only accept Western Union or T/T. I was finally convinced after they sent me picture of the product and put my name on a paper to acknowledge that they had possession of it. I then sent them $329 through Western Union. After payment was received they emailed me and said that they don’t have the product in stock, whish is strange to me because they recently told me they had plenty, then they said to order something else, and I told them I only wanted the video game console, after that they apologized that they didn’t have it, I asked for my money back and they haven't responded since. I hope someone can do something to stop fraud in China, and could help me retrieve my investment.

I was looking for Nokia Phones; N96 16Gb model. I received a offer from E-Global Trade and a email address for make the inquire and order. I ordered and made the payment for a Nokia N96 phone with the features that are the document that E-Global Trade sent to my by one of it's sellers. This seller is Aimee ([email protected]). E-Gobal Trade sent me not the phone i ordered, they sent me another phone, they sent a copy of Nokia N95 8gb without any of the features of the authentic phone. I asked her for an explication and they do not answer neither my request nor my e-mails. I want the phone i ordered or, at least, my money back. Obviously, i prefer to obtain the item that i made payment for. I had the item sold to an ebay buyer, this scam has made down the confidence of my buyers on ebay. I made the payment on 03-25-2008, the total amount was 244,76 euro.

I found out e-global Trade used my images for the Nintendo Wii without written authorization. The images were watermarked with vegastipster which is my ebay name. This concerns me as I am no way affiliated with e-global in any way whatsoever. By using my images, they can ruin my reputation as a reputable seller. I want this to stop immediately. I want e-global to remove my images immediately. A fellow seller was contacted by e-global with an email for solicitation by e-global with this link: http://www.e-globaltrade.com.cn/ArticleShow.asp?ArticleID=3429. This is poor business practice. E-global just posted another photo that belonged to another ebay seller as well. I ahve tried to attached photos but my images are too large. Please resolve issue asap and remove my images. Thank you
