My company has ordered samples of digital photo frames from Skyworth (contact person: Melody, Liulingli, Oversea Sales Manager) in December. I’ve send $ 2 434 USD on the following bank account: 016 478 788 157 746 and received confirmation from Melody that the money transfer was successful. She promised to arrange samples asap as she knew I was going to sell them before Christmas. THE PRODUCTS HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO ME UNTIL NOW (MORE THAN 3 MONTHS)!!! I’ve lost money and the trust of my clients… Melody is not answering my e-mails and phone calls (while I know she has time to answer other clients…), I was forced to undertake steps to get my company’s money back, thus I’ve informed China Embassy in Poland and China Police in Shanzhen.
