I ordered from them & got a tracking number but after a bit it stopped so watch out for this company I sent numerous emails & they wouldn't reply BUT then I sent an email with a different name asking about products & they replied FAST! BEWARE..............Don't get scammed!

I made a Bank Wire to this company over two months ago. I ordered 136 hats and only received 40 hats. Not only did I not receive all the hats I ordered, but what they sent me is not what I ordered at all and they were dirty. I have been back and forth with this company about my package. Someone by the name of Fan keeps telling me the other package got lost. It has been over two months and I have lost out of $680. They are not worried about my package or my money, please Help! I began an inquiry into pricing of xbox 360 elite and ds lite product on 5-7-09 and continued corresponding with your representative by the name of Nathan. on 5-8-09, i asked additional questions regarding the custom charges, method of payment and for a link to EBshoppe website. the questions were answered so we proceeded to discuss quantities and pricing. on 5-9-09, i asked for pricing on 10 units each xbox 360 elite and 10 units each dslite. i was quoted $110.00 ea for the xbox elite and $49.00 each for the ds lite. the total quote was $1590.00 for the 10 xbox and 10 dslite. i was requested to send payment to Haibing Zhang via western Union and i did so (i have a copy of the western union receipt) On 5-10-09 Nathan confirmed that he had received payment and that he would begin arranging shipment and notify me a tracking number. Nathan then wrote and gave me a tracking number and shipping information (EMS). I have the tracking information printed out. on 5-17-09 i informed Nathan that i had received one small box with 8 smaller boxes inside. in the 8 small boxes were 5 pmp units and 1 psp, 2 boxes were empty. all 8 smaller boxes had a note on the box that these were for shipment to Japan only. i sent Nathan a picture of the boxes and ask that he explain why i did not receive what i had ordered. on 5-20-09 Nathan wrote that he had sent 10 xbox and 10 dslite as agreed but that he would check with shipping to see what happen. he also said that he would take responsibbility for this problem. On 5-23-09 I contacted Nathan again for an update and he responded by saying that he was waiting for an answer from the shipping company. On 5-26-09 i asked for an update and Nathan reported that the shipping company would do a refund but that he had to wait for their solution? i am not sure what that meant. 5-28-09 I asked Nathan to process a refund because i had not been given a satisfactory answer to my inquiries. I wish to have the CEO of EBshoppe (Zhenfan Wu) receive this complaint and take action as soon as possible. I would also like Tradekey to review this complaint and take appropriate action. This incident does not reflect a positive position for EBshoppe. I sincerely ask that you give this matter you closest attention. Michael V.

I sent $170 to this company believing that I was getiing an Apple Iphone. I couldnt have been more clear about my purchase. They sent me the wrong item. They send me an Apple Ipod Nano. I am out over $100 and now they are no longer communicating with me. This company are scammers. I am very disappointed my this TradeKey experience! Do not buy from this company as they are scammers!!!!!!!

This company has cheated me twice. The first time i pay for one iphone 3g 16gb, and they sent me an earthphone, when I contact again, they told me that it's a fault of the shipping company. The second time i pay 405$ for 3 iphones 3g 16gb and they must send to me 4 iphones because the last time they were wrong. When I hope received my shipment is only my surprise I receive just one a fake phone, only one and this is not original iphone. I tried to contact them and it is impossible.

i paid for products from them and they claimed to have sent the products but the tracking number states that the product never left beiging. and they sign off when i get online and refuse to answer any more emails because all i want is a refund. they ripped me off ..dont do business with them..they should not be a gold key member.its false and misleading hope to consumers such as myself.............i have our gmail conversations and the western union transaction...its 3 am right now..i only woke up to make sure i was online sametime as the company so i could direct chat..if it will help me to retrieve my moneyback i scan or possibly fax or forward you our gmail emails...thank you

After sending payment this company never sent my product or responded back to me. Beware of these dishonorable frauds!

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 3 ITEMS, A SHIRT, PERFUME AND AN IPHONE. I PLACED MY ORDER MARCH 4TH, 2009. I WENT TO SEND THE MONEY TO ZHEN WU, WHOM I CORRESPONDED WITH. MY TOTAL PAYMENT WAS $194.00. SOMEHOW I WROTE DOWN THE WRONG AMOUNT AND SENT HIM $165.00. I EMAILED HIM AND GAVE HIM THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE PAYMENT AND ON MARCH 8TH HE EMAILED ME AND ASKED ME WHAT WAS GOING ON AND I EMAILED HIM BACK ASKING HIM TO TAKE THE SHIRT AND THE PERFUME OFF THE ORDER AND JUST SEND ME THE IPHONE. WELL, I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL FROM HIM SINCE. I REPEATEDLY GOES TO HIS WEB SIT TO SEE IF SOMEONE WILL HELP ME BUT, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM HIS COMPANY. I SENT THE MONEY THROUGH WESTERN UNION AND MTCN:772-826-4926. Hello, i had purchased an genuine Ipod touch 32gb not a replica, from Shengzhen Wu. Instead of the Ipod touch i recived head phones. I expect an Orginal 32gb genuine Apple Ipod tocuh from him or i will report him to the police. my father is also a policman.
