I asked for my items or a refund and they stopped all communication. The person I dealt with said his name was Ben. I sent the emails anotherway to you because I could not attatch it. Do not deal with this company.sent payment and never respone after that. Never sent tracking number or reply to my IM messages.

I emailed ectradeonline and they responded next day with information about the product, I wnet through and also spoke to him on instant message, gathering information, being cautious before I sent money. He mentioned to me that once they received the money they would send me a tracking #. He also mentioned that he was "legit" and sent me a whole bunch of tracking #'s to show me..So Once I sent the money through western union MTCN: 9057926427 Date of Order:11/18/2006 Amount Sent:$1050.00 Receiver Name:DEZHI CAI Status:Picked Up as you can see they picked it up, and then next day I emailed asking for my tracking # and once again they sent me a whole bunch of other tracking #'s.. then I emailed again saying,no I need mine and they asked for the mtcn #. I sent that.. and no response. I have IM'd them and now they dont respond to me. I pretended to be someone else and they respond. and then I tell them who I am and the pretend like they dont know what Im talking about. SO til this day I still havent gotten product or a tracking #. or any response when they know who I am.. So Im very concerned that I sent that much money and wont get product. Please let me know if you need any other information.
