Below is the communications I have had with a Tradekey Member -Nozomi Q, Ehere International Co. Ltd. Who made contact through Tradekey and follow up by email transactions. This supplier had sent me items which I did not order (hat, T shirt,hair dryer) on his first attempt of delivery. I had ordered (1) new original Apple 3GS iphone 32GB. I am currently requesting a refund of my money of $160.00, however I had requested my money in previous emails and due to his none response decided to give this supplier a second chance at delivery of my original order (1) new original Apple 3GS iphone 32GB. Please follow up on this supplier, as this is a growing trend I am seeing with suppliers who say they can deliver and don't. I purchased microsoft software from Ehere International Co. Ltd. The contact person is Nozomi Q. The transaction experience was intitially good until I discovered that virtually all the software was pirated. When I asked Nozomi Q to explain and then to refund my money, she stopped responding to my emails and now she has blocked me and I cannot communicate with her by email anymore. I did also buy computer hardware from her and this was fine. I am willing to trade for computer ram ddr2 rather than get a refund. All supporting documentation is enclosed in PDF format.
