Electron Low Trade Co., Ltd reviews

Hi, I ordered 2 samples of mobile phones off this company, one Sony Ericsson Satio and one Blackberry Storm. The company agreed to me paying 50% of the price upfront and 50% once I received the samples. I duely proceeded with this agreement and made the payment by Western Union. I sent the MTCN number to this company as proof of payment so the samples could be sent to me. The company then changed our agreement because I ordered only two samples for my first order, even though they never stipulated they had a minimum order quantity and previously advised me they accepted single unit orders. I e-mailed them back advising I would make payment once they sent me the tracking number. I received a reply in which Silvia agreed to my proposal. She sent me the tracking number. After a couple of days I replied and advised her I was still suspicious and would make the final payment on receit of the samples. She mailed me back saying she had stopped the goods from being delivered, which isn't possible with EMS, so I knew she was lying. After over a week I received a fake Ipod Nano in the po st instead of my order so I did not make the final payment. i e-mailed the company but I have not received any replies. This company is a disgrace and should be banned from TradeKey. They are a poor reflection on TradeKey, it's members and Chinese businesses. I have too many e-mails to attach to this feedback and they are in my gmail account but if you anyone would like proof of my experience with Electron Low trade please e-mail me at [email protected] and I will gladly froward the e-mails to you so you can make an informed decision on this company.

DearSir/Madam, We have been ripped off by the abovementioned company, CEO Silvia Zhu. We ordered 10 motorola 3Vi from this supplier when infact we got an ipod Nano, when we enquired, she asked us to send her proof of what we received.., we subsequently sent her a scanned copy of the Airway bill yet she has fail to bring a resolution to this matter and has now gone into hidding. I am still hoping that there is an amicable resolution to this matter from electron low trade. I believe that Silvia Zhu Company is a supplier who buys from another supplier or manufacturer who in turn dropship to clients all over the world or this company is a fraud.., if the former is not the case i fear the latter. Any other information and/or supporting documents i will be more than happy to forward these to you. I am not going to rate this company on the negative side. I purchased a phone from this company on 9/17 the HTC touch pro 2 silvia gave me a tracking number on 9/18 this tracking number was for someone else and was not for me. and to this day i have not recieved my package? i have tried to contact silvia to find out what is going on and i cannot contact her she has not responded. They are a complete fraud. Do not buy from this company. Silvia is a liar and the company makes promises they don't keep as well as they did not send the products I ordered which was 3 pcs 8350i Blackberry cell, phones instead they sent cheap fake Apple Ipod Nano. The model and serial number do not match with the claim that they are 16gb. The outside is printed in English but the inside is cheap Chinese made fake Ipod. I did not get the cell phones I ordered and now the company will not reply to my emails requesting a refund when they promised exchange or refund within 180 days.

Once I received the package, I opened one side and made a quick view and assessment of package contents. The product I viewed was not what I had ordered. I contacted Silvia by email, describing the product was not what I had ordered. She in turn stated to provide evidence. I took photos and attached to email to Silvia, Electron Low Trade. To make things worse I have verified the wrong product received has been identified by a local Apple Retail Store the IPOD Nano 16GB Red received is a Knock Off. As of today, I have not received any communication,Replacement product, or my money back from Silvia, electron low trade. This company is a fraud! I received the wrong item as I have done many times from chinese companies. You need to ban them NO response received a worthless piece of crap!
