Comment for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We were promised the delivery of goods then they changed the deal saying we had to take more even after we had paid them by wire transfer. It was then decided we were not taking more than agreed upon and they said they would refund our money. They have not done so and now they won\\\\\\\'t even respond to me anymore.
