The contract to be signed among the parties shall be valid for ( 25 ) months.

6) PORT OF DESTINATION: ASWP

7) SHIPMENT:

Shipment shall be commenced within 35 days after the date of the SBLC guarantee for the four embarkments to be placed by the Buyer, is effectively received BY SWIFT MT 760 and accepted by the seller.
