This company is too un-trusted company because I make a deal with them through the P.I.C (Ms. Cindy) and I trusted them because they are announced at tradekey website and I already remitted 714 USD to them 6 months ago to dispatch me a good quality USB flash memory. I already received the goods but these were a fake goods not as same as they promised me. I asked them to return it to them and refund my money which I paid. hey accepted my proposal and they have already received the goods. I asked them to refund me the money but they refund me (500 USD) only. I asked them many ties (3 months ago) to refund me the remaining money which I paid to receive these goods to my warehouses but until this moment they haven't refunded it yet also I asked them (Ms. Cindy) many times but in vain. And hasn't replied me or make any response any more.
Please help me to refund the remaining money which I paid
