Hello, I tried to get a hold of Mr Kenny of everbrilliant but the phone number does not work and the website does not work. Is this a real company? Trace

i am thinking of buying from this company , can you tell me weather you have had any complaints of fraud against them from other customers , i made a order last week through another company i found on trade key , and my money was stolen from me , you have now removed this company from your site , but i want to check with you before i make a order with this company they are a gold key member so should i be able to pay them into a company bank account ? please can you contact me with some advice please before i make this order .

I have attached emails to/from Kenny Ren along with copy of my paypal payment. I ordered 4 pair of Ugg boots ($260.00)after several emails about prices, shipping & customs. I was assured order would be shipped as soon as payment by paypal was received which was 1/18/2009. As you can see by emails, I was then told my order could not be shipped because of chinese new year. On Feb 2, 2009 I emailed to see if my order had been shipped and have not heard back from him. I have filed a complaint on paypal and so far he has not responded to them either.
