Feedback for wrong item sent, wont exchange

i ordered a ps3, but they sent a imitation of nokia N95, which actualy is a NOKLA N95, clearly has that he sent wrong products, and wont return or exchange. and the phone that they sent looks similar to a nokia but features such as bluetooth, gps camera mp3 player etc in the phone dont actualy exist in the phone that they sent.
they try to convince me that it is actually a nokia, but when i went on there website, and looked carufully at the phone it does say NOKLA, and another feature from there photo that clearly shows it's a fake is the play and stop button on the front, but the real nokia shows these features are at the back
