I was dealing with Echo Lee There was only one transaction. The transaction costed me 401$ USD plus the FEES so all togheter 440$ to send the MO plus 68 dollars to receive the goods from the customs. so 508$. The Quality is mediocer, They are Fake Ones and they arrived all DEFECTS and unusable at all. See Pictures in Attachement. SO this is a scam. Now he wants me to return the goods otherwise he will not refund. This is absurd, If I send the goods back, I will have no more proof. This was my first and last experience on this site wich I consider a total Scam. Emanuelle Lachance <[email protected]> The quality is has per the pictures, meaning that all the products are defect...I sent you many pictures about it.....They are not usuable at all, I cant shave with them at all cause the orange bandelet is not staying put. It`s not there at all when I open the cases it drops. When I put them back in the sluts, they dont stay put so nobody can shave with that. When I go to the store and buy gillets mach 3 they are not like this....yours are FAKE ONES or what? I dont know about the others and others are not my problem. My problem right now is that I received 180 pack of gillets MACH3 and that all are unusable, so I want my money back. The refund includes custom fees 68.00$, and also I will have to pay to send you back the product so 500$ is what Is requested. If you send me back what I sent 401$ USD....then I will put them in the garbage cause that`s where they belong anyways. Thank you! The products are all defects and very poor quality so the fact is I have been cheated already and this is not a way to do business. Here in Canada this is considered as faudulent. So I`m sending this to tradekey.com to report you as a fraudulent company. I have received the package. 1 - I am sorry to tell you that the quality is very poor. See pictures in attachement. I openned some boxes and they are all the same. The orange ``bandelet`` is not staying put and in many cases it`s already detached from the blade when I open the box. To make it right, I would have to open all the boxes and glue them one by one, wich is not possible. 2- I have ordered French - English version not French & German. In conclusion the goods are not what I expected and all defects so I would like a refund of 500$ USD (440$ plus custom fees) by western union within the next 10 days.
