Im disappointed that you tried to fraud our company. We have been in this been for several years and we know how long it take for package to reach us and what size they are suppose to be. That package that you sent us was return to you and we are expecting a full refund for wasting our. We did not order a pair of shoes, we order a HTC Evo. You shipped us a pair of shoe and that is fraud by paypal standards. So, please return our money and we wont be doing anymore business with you.

I got an e-mail from tradekey on the 24/08/10 in relation to this company selling cosmetics fairly cheap. I placed my 620usd order with kiki or Niu i think her real name is on the 24/08/10 and a tracking number was sent to me the next day. When my package arrived approximatley 10 days later it was a pair of shoes not the cosmetics i had ordered worth 620usd but a pair of cheap shoes. I have reported this to paypal as that is who i paid them through and they still have not replied to paypal either. I have been totally scammed by this company and i am sure they will continue to do this to people in the future. I would like a full refund from this company. Regards, Christine

I ordered an Apple iphone 4/32gb and what they sent me was a pair of old womens shoes. They people are obviously scammers out to take people's money and really don't care who knows it. I paid with PayPal so I lodged a complaint against this company and will urge PayPal not mess with companies in this organization because there are to many crooks.

I received a email from this person "Dan". I explained that I do not communicate with suppliers who refer me to their website. he wrote back to me saying "I take PayPal. Fuck you." This person is just using TradeKey to get people to his private site. The only protect that PayPal provides is if the supplier sends nothing. However, if you order a laptop and the supplier sends you a box of soap PayPal will not refund your money. They will only make a "Black Mark" against the supplier. Only if after a great number of complaints over a period of time will they cancel the suppliers account. They recommend using your credit card when using PayPal off Ebay as credit card companies do protect again such fraud. It is directly from the PayPal Fraud and Security Department told to me on August 17, 2010. Your security department should confirm my statement and advise your members in a disclaimer.
