Sombat Chotirak theif and lier. I sent over £1,000 for jewellery. Never recieved any of it. after the money was sent i got excusses for a few weeks then they did not reply to emails. I have been to the police in the UK and the case is logged.

I started working with this supplier in last July early August. I loved his product. He sent me samples of his jewelry so that I could determine whether I like it or not (which I paid for throught shipping). He was a great communicator viz email. He was willing to work with me even though I was a small home base business. We finally put an order together worked out all the details, payment, shipping etc....and I paid $732.38 via wire transfer on August 18, 2006. Weeks went by and I kept in touch with him, I wanted to see how things were going with the production of my jewelry. He was always so quick with his responses. On 2 different occasions he gave me anticipated delivery time frames. When the first one passed I emailed him to find out where the jewelry was and he let me know that it was almost finished and it would take about 3 more weeks, including the shipping time. 3 weeks went by and nothing came. I emailed again and he emailed back saying that he was in a jewelry show and would contact me the following week once he returned to the factory and had a chance to check on my order. That was October 5, 2006. I never heard back from him. I email him everyday and even call the listed phone number which is temporarily out of service, everytime I call. I need some help in either getting my money or my jewelry. Contact name: Sombat Chotirak, he is the one I have always dealt with. Transactions has been paid for but I have not received the jewelry. It has been approx. 12 weeks. Transaction amount $732.38 I am very upset I just want to know if he has done this to others? I want to prevent this from happening to other people.
