Read letter below: Went back over the invoice. The Red and light orange womens lacoste have 42 on tag, or should be XXL that I ordered by size chart. When you measure, total around is 34 inches or medium by american conversion. So tag must be wrong. Purple and Blue Ladies lacoste have 8 on tag or XXL which in euro size is 50 inches. Both shirts measured at 48 inches or XL. Problem with this is I ordered ladies, these are mens. The Polo R/L Shirts all four are marked XXL. Should be 48-50 inches. Tape measured at 46 inches or XL and I don't believe there is a euro conversion on letter sizes. 8 out of 10 shirts are wrong size by normal measurement standards and I haven't checked the 2 mediums yet. Also assembly is horrible. Inside stitches are sloppy. Loose, uncut threads that I had to cut so customers would not notice lack of care in assembly. Using white thread instead of matching thread inside shirt. It looks like a child sewing with needle and thread, not a machine. Big, Loose, wrap-around stitching. Stitches inside wrapped in different directions. It will be lucky if shirts make it through 2 washes before falling totally apart. Black Label threads showing in back of shirt. Labels show american number and letter sizing. All lacoste shirts are in euro size only. Cheap thin plastic buttons. All lacoste have pearl buttons with smooth edges. Stitches missing in label. Two shirts have "Lacoste" sewn across sleeve. NO LACOSTE SHIRT has ever had THAT!!!!! Different size alligators. All Lacoste shirts have same size alligator. I doubt your company paid more than $2 USD for each shirt and sold them to me for $10. No wonder shipping is free. I paid for it inside the price of the shirts. I am aware I bought replica shirts and do not expect perfection but overall quality is poor. On a scale of 0-100% these shirts bearly pass at 10%. The only thing right was the fabric and the colors. Just so you know, I am not blaming you personally, you gave great customer service and checked the entire time. You are a very honorable person and are too good to work for your company. I really doubt you can help fix this. I was going to look at making regular orders with you on the Polo/Ralph Lauren but because of the workmanship and the way the shirts look like they were thrown together, I can't risk losing my customers. They expect good fabric and quality workmanship together at the same time. Thank you for your service.
