This company took my $1657 US in exchange of sending me the Suzani Boots and Shoes that we both agreed on. In 2 weeks, I get an order of 3 boxes of short cheap leather boots. I contacted the company and have been in contact with the person called Emma, but she said my order went to her other client in Australia and I got her order accidentally. Well this whole thing turned out to be a BIG FAT LIE!!!!!!!!! I asked her SO MANY times of her other client's address to ship their order to her but she did not respond to me. I kept asking for my order and there is NO response. She stopped communicating after I wired the money!!! So, now I am sending these back to the shipper's address in China at my own expense!!! Emma/Feixin Trade Co., Ltd. got my money and did not deliver! And now they are not responding to any of my emails! Their phone and fax numbers are the same and they do NOT work. I called Western Union and am going to file a Police report. I also called my bank and started a Fraus investigation. I would hate to get other businesses hurt because of companies like this one and I would hate you guys to be a reason! I am attaching the order I placed and the email trail that has been going on... This company is NO LONGER responding to ANY of my e-mails. They stole my money!!! Please do something about this and do not work with untrustworthy companies such as this one - for everyone's sake!
