i recently paid for a apple ipad 8gb 3gs from this company, we agreed that it would be o.k for me to pay half of the total amount which was 99usd that was due. on sat may 8th 2010 i paid 49 usd. the seller yi chao also goes by the name chen chen zhao sent me a tracking number the next day and he said that it would arrive within 5-7 bussiness day's but my item never showed up it was delivered in kingdom come which i live in the united states so i contacted yi chao and let him knew that the item had been shipped to someone else in kingdom come he later advised me that his stocksman made an mistake and gave me the wrong tracking num. so the next day he supposedly sent me the correct tracking num. for my item 7 day's went by and again it never showed up the item was shipped to another individual in miami fl. i then tryed to contact yi chao again and i was very polite but staright fwrd about the matter i told him the situation, i've sent several emails to him and even tryed to contact other workers from his company firstchoicetrading.com but he refuse to write me back. so i'm writing tradekey in hopes that this company can be contacted in regards to the situation. also i was wondering if i could send the emails and reciept by fax? because the files aren't saved on my comp. please write me back @ [email protected].
