Review for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier
11-03-2019
19 October , We received quote from Makia for A3ACPUP21-S3 processor....400usd/piece delivered.
24 October - We sent bank confirmation to Makia that $400 payment had been wired.
26 October Makia indicates their bank hadn\'t confirmed receipt. They also send me a quote on 2 other parts we were interested in getting a quote on.
26 October - We send confirmation of a second $400 payment for the processor (this time via Western Union) indicating urgent need to ship the processor via DHL overnight. We provided our DHL account number.
27 October - Makia indicates they will not ship the processor unless I pay for the additional 2 parts that I had not ordered. They promise to ship all 3 within 24 hours of receipt.
30 October - After phoning Makia protesting, I\'m desperate for original $400 part and pay an additional $580 on top of the $800 I\'ve already paid. Western Union confirmation sent to Makia. Makia indicates secretary will process shipment via overnight delivery to Japan.
2 November - Makia indicates that parts were sent to Africargo Shipping Lines and not to DHL. Now Makia indicates that I need to pay an additional $1,000 for customs or the product cannot be shipped. They said that DHL wouldn\'t pick up the package because I had not contacted DHL. (I asked DHL about this, and they indicated that they would have picked it up and that there was no authorization needed from me other than the account nbr. which Makia had.)
2 November - My customer cancels his order. Now Makia has nearly $1400 USD of our money and I don\'t need any of the products that I\'ve paid for
3 November - Talked with supervisor at Makia who now drops his $1,000 to $500 saying Makia will pay the other half of the \"customs\". We indicate that we cannot pay nearly $2,400 USD for parts that we originally thought would cost us $400. He hangs up the phone on me.
