We had done some business with James from Fordeck in the past and had received two or three orders. On our last order the problems started. We placed an order for 800 pcs of Slatwall and gave 30% deposit to start order, just like before. When the order was complete, we then sent the remaining balance, totaling $20,160.00 USD. James at this time informed us that we owed him $287.75 USD from a previous order. This was the first we heard of this and we told James that we would look into the difference and get back to him, but not to delay the current order. He said that it would not delay the order and it will ship out around July 14 or 15.That never happened and we heard nothing from him. We last heard from him on August 14, 2008 and James gave an explanation stating that our order still has not shipped due to new custom procedures. It was originally suppose to ship on or around July 23, 2008. Between the time of the order was suppose to ship we have emailed him several times, with little or no response. The total amount of this order is $20,160.00 USD. He is no longer responding to our emails and we never got the slatwall or a refund of our money. If you are thinking about doing business with this company I would reconsider your choice. Even to this date we have not heard from James and not seen any effort from him to resolve this issue.
