I´ve been trying to contact them. They dont answer the phone, dont reply my messages, dont reply my skype messages, etc. They are trying to hide everywhere. Their sales manager Lily Cheng doesnt want to face the situation. They owe us $2.223 dollars. We paid for the cargo $14.678 so they just send some goods with a value of $12.455 dollars. The worst was the bad and poor quality of good when we asked and paid for good quality, They just sent us garbage. The furnitures came with many scratches, hits, left pieces, broken pieces, dust, no packing foam, etc. Now I am trying to them send me the left cargo or refund the money so I have more than 2 months trying they appear. So I want you include this company in the black list. I could contact another clients of them so they told me this company is so dishonest and Scammers. Please try to help us in order to avoid more customers around the world will have the same problems.
