THIS COMPANY TRANSFERRED MY INQUIRY TO ANOTHER CROOK. WHO TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT NOTHING. THIS IS THE THIEF E MAIL: [email protected] WATCH OUT OF THIS SELLERS.

We sent the payment by TT, but the company neither send us the goods, nor refunded our money. This is a fraud company and I want to know how can I take legal action against this company. I have been communcating with the company personnel named Maria and she is not responding to any of our emails. I also tried to contact them at the phone number provided, but the phone doesn't work. It's a total fraud. I tried to attach our bank receipt here, but I couldn't do it because it says the file is too large. I can send it by email, if you want.

I twice ordered and paid (by T/T) for Blackberry Mobile phones, 1st time 19/2/09 for USD $1153 and 2nd time 4/3/09 for USD 1104. It is now 21/3/09 and I cannot get any response from the company, can't get my phones and can't get my money back BE AWARE OF THESE CON ARTISTS Noel Lynes
