Chinese retailers are only thieves and unreliables.io don\'t more business with them. I had trusted the positive feedback of this company but I believe that this system does little to prevent fraud. I was also wondering how I can get my money or items of equal value. Thanks

This company used their 2 year goldkey member status to deceive me into paying for a service they never intended to provide, or are committing fraud on your website. TradeKey needs to have as a requirement that all businesses use ESCROW or PAYPAL to protect customers like myself against fraud. Allowing this practice to continue discredits your website. My contact emails are attached so you can see how I was treated. They acted nice until they extorted money and then told me my order is in China Customs, pay them additional $300 or to come to China to get it. They refused to send me a tracking number. They said they ship fedex . All fedex packages have tracking numbers. With a tracking number, I would know exactly where the product is and I could check myself if it is in customs through the fedex website. All of this was lies to separate me from my money. What is Tradekey going to do at this point to help??? My contact info is [email protected]

I inquiry the company true tradekey and send them email, I received an answer from the company . This is my first time that I import. I made a lot of question and all the time the answer was to be secure 2 year Gold Supplier - Wholesaler with the best price. I have a lot more emails about the "deal". Finally they send EMS track nunber , I call EMS in Brazil and they said that was not valid number. I tried by chat and they said that was not the same company. So I wrote in Chinese to the person that I was talking since the Beginning and she answer me that her boss said to not send my products. What did I do wrong? Nothing. I want justice. TRADEKEY for me is in high level good reputation. All my friends told me about the Tradekey. I have sended to support of Tradekey copy of conversation. I cant believe i got scammed! this is ridiculous! if she cant return the money,then she should send the item! All her woekers should be fired. they say there is no record of payment. but if u check the status on western union, itis picked up. May i also ask why she is not replying to my emails? And why is she a 2 year gold?

As I asked the salesman gave another deadline to get information and solve the problem. Unfortunately he no longer responded to e-Maisel and I will be forced to give negative feedback. I request the return of the payment made.

i sent to mr SONG JIANG worth 630usd.thats is my order for 3pcs of iphone 4g.they gave me a tracking# after that she blocked me in her list and spam.AFTER we received the item we found out its a USB.now im in trouble all my friend complaint me in police so pls i need the money or just send me iphone 4g
