Comment for VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - DID NOT MAKE PRODUCT ALTHOUGH THEY REPEATEDLY ASSURED ME I

I communicated with Chaojin Wang about designing a foot pedal box design. I inquired if they were an original equipement manufacturer and if they could make my design. In multiple email (I still have copies of some emails) Chaojin assured me they could make my design, then emailed me with the price. I offered to pay for a sample. They said they would make the sample first. I chose two types of material for two sample designs. Chaojin said they would make them. When I had not heard from the company, I inquired about their progress. He said the paint was drying and they would be ready in two days. I did not hear anything for a week. I emailed Chaojin and have received no further response. THIS COMPANY IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! IF THEY COULD NOT MAKE MY DESIGN, ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS SAY SO. WHAT IS THE POINT OF LYING TO ME AND WASTING MY TIME. THIS IS NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY AND HONESTY. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON TRADEKEY!!! I could not attach a copy of the email so I am pasting it here. I can forward the email at your request. Copy of Email 1: I will arrange for the sample at once. We will use DB-27106 and AWW-163 two styles. And you don’t need to pay to us. I will give you more information after finishing ones. TKS! Chaojin Wang. Copy of Email 3: It’s glad to note you that we can do the design. But we can’t give you price at present. It will be confirmed after finishing the sample. So I afraid you have to wait for some time. Could you please advise me how about our wine boxes? We may select some of them for mold.
