I ordered the products from them (scanned email for what I ordered) after payment (receipt attached) they send me products and when I received 3 days ago, I opened the package and they are not what I ordered in terms of Quality and Description as mentioned clearly when I ordered and they promised that I will get what I ordered for. Also, not only that they're not the original products with warranty as promised, they arrived in a very bad condition and some boxes are broken due to bad packaging. (pictures attached). I contacted them back right away and got to talk to the Manager of the company Ms. Sherry. At first she refuses to give refund and said that she'll ask her boss who cannot speak English so she won't let me talk to her. And 1 day passed, I have not heard from her so I get online and talked to her. She agrees that as she cannot exchange for me since she doesn't have the products I want so she will refund. I told her that I will send the products back after I get my refund since they don't seem promising but she refuses and says it's the policy that I have to send back the products first (Refund conversation attached) and she just disconnected the conversation. I sent her emails like 10 emails after saying I will send back the products but I do not have address and that she will have to pay me back the postage cost. But never get any replies from her again at all. She talks to other customers at the same time I sent her emails but never get response neither conversation on MSN if it was from me. She called her company as 'honest business' in the conversation, and this is what i get from her. Please kindly contact this Silver Key member of yours for me as I will need a refund back for what I've paid and if she wants me to send products back then please ask her to give me postage cost with refund first as I won't trust this irresponsible company anymore. Thank you.

I ordered 2 Nikon D300 and 1 Apple nano and 1 Apple iTouch for a total price of $610.00 USD. When I got my order what I got was 1 plastic camera piece of junk and 1 fake itouch.. I was dealing with Sherry and now she won't even email me back.. This company is a BIG SCAM!!!!!! They are using the Tradekey.com logo on their web site so it makes you feel good about them. Ms. Sherry is nothing but a liar and a SCAMMER!!!!!! I wish tradekey would let people know about the feedback that a company gets before more peolpe get ripped off!!!!!!!

I ORDER TWO PAIR OF TENNIS SHOE A CHANEL PURSE AND A PAIR OF CHANEL SHOES AND THEY SENT ME WRONG ITEMS!! THEY SENT ME A JACKET 4 SHIRTS AND A WATCH AND THEN THEY WANTED ME PLACE ANOTHER ORDER OF 400 USD TO GET MY OTHER ITEMS AND MY FIRST ORDER WAS ONLY 133 USD. SO THEY DIDNT SENT MY ITEMS! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS I ORDER!!! HERE ARE PICTURES OF WHAT I RECEIVED, NONE OF THESE ITEMS ARE WHAT I ORDER! AND THEY REFUSED TO SEND OUT MY ORDER UNTIL I PLACE A NEW ORDER!
