We have transfer money to them for more than a week already but now do not hear anything and not send product to us.

Observation for ripped off for and ipad

i ordered and ipad 16 gb back on june 9th /10
the person was Hebe Pang
i sent western union to her 199usd
she sent 3 wrong tracking #'s
then offered to refund product when the last # she gave me sent the product 1 hr awway from my house
now i get no response from email and no transfer after i actually set up a brand new bank account for that refund assuming it was a scam
i hope she can not do this to any one else
i have all emails im just having trouble saving gmail as doc or pdf
