The company has the experienced, skilled and professional R&D personnel in chemical technology and quality management, equipped with advanced testing, test instruments and vacuum packing equipment, and has introduced the most advanced of the German Alexander briquetting equipment. Meanwhile, we establish ‘Associated Laboratory Silicide R&D for XMU-Fujian Zhengsheng Inorganic Material Co., LTD’ with Xiamen University to develop a high-end strategy and stick to independent innovation.
The annual production of 115, 000 tons of silica, for various purposes, includes 5 production lines of rubber with silica (high dispersive silica included) with the annual capacity of 100, 000 tons, one annual output of 10, 000 tons of fine white carbon black production line; one annual output of 5, 000 tons high volume silica production line, and one annual output of sodium silicate 150, 000 tons. Gross annual output value up to RMB 550, 000, 000 yuan including export income USD 23 million dollars on which 75, 000, 000 yuan of taxes are paid. The productivity of silica is estimated to reach 180, 000 tons (including Anhui Fengyang Saijiyuan factory’s new production 60, 000 tons/per year) by the end of 2012, the annual output value of 1 billion yuan.
