Observation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

in fact, I have been cheated by FULL WINNER DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
they have free tradekey's website and gave me PI as the attachment.
I did pay them 2850$ from LEBANON AND GULF BANK SAL from Beirut LB as the attachment too.
final I got no answer, the contact man was Mr. Peter wang
the last mail I got from Mr.Peter said that he got the money and he will send the working Gloves ASAP.
my chinese friend Ms.Ellen has called him once by 13925009592, he said that he travels these days
then no answer again.
the other numbers on his PI are wrong numbers.
he still use same website and www.beautyfalseeyelash.com
your help and recommendation will be high appreciated, thanks.
