Critique for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I was contacted by Fullmoon Cotton and placed an order with them on 7 May.
A variety of excuses have been provided, but no stock.
I\\\'ve now been told the company has changed hands and once again been promised delivery, but nothing is forthcoming.
I strongly advise against using this company. They have taken my money and not provided any stock.
