Hi, we purchased '5 x 3g 16gb apple iphones' from this company. before we made order last year october we made Jasmine guarantee that the phone where genuine apple equipment. She guaranteed this as fact. Once the phone arrived we found them to be fake. On confronting Jasmine via email she said we should return them and she would return the monies in full. We couriered the phones back and we have still heard no news or received payment as promised. How can we take this matter further. We are not happy and we are still looking for a genuine apple supplier. I have all proof of payment and emails to validate our communications. Ordered two WII's and got two VI"S! Their trust points mean nothing!
I was sent numerous emails from Jasmine Lin-
I checked them out on the web and found nothing wrong. She sent tracking numbers of happy clients. Couldn't really talk to these people?
