Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

From the beginning, the supplier seemed to accommodate me by agreeing to send me 22 boxes of 50ct of One Touch Ultra Test Strips by communicating with me on more than one occasion and instructed me to send the $350 postal money order certified mail. However, I haven\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t heard anything from this seller since the certified letter with the postal money of $350.00 was received. I feel like he took my money and I have nothing to show for it.
