GFK is a developing UK company that specializes in trading of the agricultural products.

Our firm works in the sphere of the food industry on the markets of CIS’ countries, Europe and Asia for more than 5 years.
The product we sell is highly qualified and conforms to the contractors’ demands.�The quality of our product is totally corresponds to the international standards. Our company is reliable contractor with worked out for years traditions, the motto of which is to maintain the quality of the product on the high level.

You can send a representative to control quality during loading of the products to the trucks or containers. Also, we are welcome SGS control (or analogue) during loading.

We are interested in long-term cooperation and can supply products on a regular basis.

Terms of delivery:
We transport goods around the world by sea or by truck.

Terms of delivery are subject to negotiation.

The date of delivery shall in every case be dependent upon prompt receipt of all necessary information, final instructions or approvals being obtained from the Customer. Alterations by the Customer in specifications or quantities required may result in delay in delivery and adjustment of the pricing. The Company will endeavor to comply with reasonable requests by the customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so. Where delivery is postponed otherwise than due to default by the Company the Customer shall pay all costs and expenses including a reasonable charge for storage and transportation occasioned thereby.

The Customer is responsible for arranging all possible import and re-export permissions unless otherwise specified by the contract.

Terms of Payment:
We accept letters of credit and bank transfer.

In case of payment by bank transfer, payment is as follows:
In order to confirm the buyer's intentions, buyer carries out a prepayment at a rate from 10 to 30 percent of cost (depending on the goods) within three bank days, after granting by the Seller of an invoice on the payment. The rest of the cost will be made after the loading of goods and delivery by fax or email copies of the documents.

All banking charges,�expenses�and commissions are to be for Buyer’ account. The payments for the goods may be done by the third Party.
