hi good morning please i need that you help me with information. The GOGO Trade Co. company didn´t send me the order, the contact person is Mr. Bill Liu (Business Development Manager) i want to know if there some way to get back my money. I bought laptop hp touchsmart iq 526. i did a deposit for 900 usd for western union 20 days ago. Bill got me a tracking number for EMS but this one was wrong.

I ordered a Nikon D80 with lens. Received Wii Fit and perfume. I communicated with Iris. Paid $ 310 by Western Union MTCN 778-816-7648. Tracking no. for EMS is EE088103634CN. Won't respond to emails, phone is not working. Offered to return wrong merchandise at my expense, since I need ordered items, but won't respond at all. If this is a bogus address and bogus supplier, how are they getting my customer information to offer products? Any help would be appreciated.

This company robbed of my money. I send them money for a GPS for a customer and when it finally arrived it was a cheap pair of Obama shoes worth nothing! Please, be for warned GoGo is not good for business. Thank you!

Bad. They are liars and theives. I was dealing with Lynn. She stated that she got fired because the company was scamming customers. It took about weeks to get our order and then it was not our order. I am filing a dispute with this company and I believe that this company should be removed from tradekey. The person's name was PingFan Lin but was going by the name Lynn. I have emailed her and she replied that she got fired just a few days ago and that I should take it up with that company. Even the phone number they have on tradekey was not theirs.
