dont buy from him, he is a betrayer! send money but never got answer or goods!! 1000 USD gone!!!

We have been fooled by this company for $160 and would like some help to get it back. We ordered a sample and got confirmation for he order and that they had recieved the payment. We also got a tracking number for EMS freight service that didnt excist. Enclosed are the documents from the company. Please help us. I ordered an Xbox 360 Premium bundle and sent payment through Western Union On 3rd February 2007 and I have been lied to twice that the goods were on there way and given fake tracking numbers that they claimed were for goods sent through EMS. I would like them proscecuted immediately and my money, $328 NZD returned to my via Western Union. Please adivise me about how I can go about this. I can fax through the Western union receipt and I have numerous emails from them giving me fraudulant details. Regards, Daniel Harrington

I bought 22 nintendo wii from Goldencay compamy. At the time there rating was good. They disappeared. I send the money using money gram. Attached you will see receipt, email correspondace, order form. Please advise what I can do to get my goods or money. I waited for more than a week but no contact from them. This supplier seems really doggy, I ordered a PS3 as a sample, it's been over 2 weeks and have not received it. After I've made the payment the payment the supplier gave me an EMS tracking number which was invalid. I have been email them about the shipment and have not received any replies. Their address is which www.cn-tradenet.com is now also invalid. Below is a transcription of our communication in regards to the order. I was contacted by mike after posting an enquiry for mp3 suppliers, after exchanging many e-mails I tried calling several times to speak with him person to person but wasnt able to make contact , instead I recieved a disconnected dial tone. I was assured by mike that all was legitimate and was told that if paid for a small sample order he would send me the tracking number for the goods within 24 hrs which i did, I sent $250 US by Western Union and was sent a tracking number, it has been 3 weeks since that time and I have neither received my goods or heard fro mike of goldencay, cn_tradenet, also since this time I have been unsuccesful in trying to log onto their website, I take part of the responsibility as I feel I didnt do enough to ensure that the supplier I was dealing with was an honest trader, however I refuse to let my ignorance shame me into remaining silent on this unfortunate incident and feel compelled to warn others.

Goldencay has not respond, after the payment transaction was made. There are 2 files of evidence and communications attached!

I send funds to this Co via Money Gram international transfer for merchandise as per agreement. After I sent the funds this B.G. person I had been dealing with tells me via email that their city could not accept MONEY GRAM for 7 day's. My instructions were to withdraw from MG and send Western Union Wire. I found out I was being lied to about the city not accepting funds for 7 days from Money Gram. The real reason as per a Money Gram agent was," Money Gram investigates fraud and Western Union doe's not."After being lied to I can only conclude this is a RIP OFF CO !!!
