When I first contacted this supplier they were very quick to respond and answered all of my questions. After I placed an order with them paying with Western Union because I was in a hurry to receive my order as quickly as possible they only contacted me once after that to tell me that customs was being very strict and that they would ship it out the following week. Which was fine but I later tried to contact them again but I got not reply. I tried for about a week and I have still not heard from them. At about the same time I checked their profile and they had -10 TrustPoints but at the time they had 10. Now I am out $1680US and there is nothing that can be done about it.
