I was dealing with Joyer. Its been 3 weeks and I have not received my parcel, she claims EMS the courier does not know where it is. I have had no joy in dealing with this company. Dear, firstly now the carrier didn\'t tell me what happened to the goods, so I can\'t do anything for you. Secondly, this goodfs we earn little money from your guys and now the goods have sent out, if we resend you the goods, we lose a lot of money. Thirdly, our goods is sex medicine, you should know we sometimes meet problem, this is the risk of sending this kind of product, so we can\'t refund you the money. Dear, I know you are very worry about the goods. I am worry too. But please understand our job. I will give you email as soon as the carrier tell me what happen.
