i paid AUS $100 for a sample medicine ball, in November last year. the one i was sent was incorrect. i emailed the company (in particular Miss Asan Zhao) to inform them about this. i requested that they send me the correct ball, or refund my money. She agreed to send me the correct medicine ball. time has passed and they didn't send me the correct medicine ball. I have send several emails over the past couple of months to rectify the problem, but they are not answering them. I have attached a record of emails from before i purchased the medicine ball, up until my last email to them about 1 week ago. you will see that i have sent a lot of emails that havent been replied to.
