i sent a western union payment to this company in the name of gouwei li on the 1st of june. money was picked up by gouwei li and items were never sent. i was given a fake tracking number that stated there were no records found for this shippment. i contacted the company and guowei li said that it would be looked into. i have not heard back from them. i have not received my items and they refuse to answer my emails. i have my western union receipt and my emails.

I place sample order back in June and only received half of the goods. After many emails I got a response from Lois which informed me that China customs have detain goods and they will replace items missing if I was to place another order. How can I trust placing another order and send more money when I did not received a complete order the first time??? After a few more ignored emails Lois from Guosheng promised to send missing goods but never did...I gave them many opportunities to honor satisfaction warranty but after almost one month and half I still haven't received anything. I don't think this company stands behind their word and all emails get routed to same person "Lois" which does not care about making a good busines relationship. I don't think people should take a chance with this company.

This company cheated me out of my money and the products that I orderd and I have proof to prove it. I have the emails that discuss our arrangement, I have the boxes that the products came in. I order 20 pairs of shoes and paid $500.00 I only recieved 10 pairs of shoes and the 10 pairs I recieved can not be sold because they were poorly made. The shoes are a disaster. I was dealing with a woman that stated that her name is Lois. I have the name and address of the woman that I sent my moeny to via western union, I still have my western union receipt. I was told that I would recieve the products in 3-5 business days. I recieved the products in about 8-10 business days. I have reciepts and emails. Please let me know how I can get my money back. I can send you all the emails that discuss the transactions I can give you a copy of the wester union receipt, the tracking numbers I was giving, and I can take a picture or send you the original postage boxes that thepackage came in. This company is an insult to your website. The company is cheating customers. Please conatct me back

This company is very reliable and will ship items very fast. THe quality is excellent and they will take time to handle any questions. They stand behind their word. I will use this supplier for life. Owner, MBG

I have had a bad experience with this company. They were good at communicating with me and responded very quickly up until I placed my order. Then once I did, it seemed like they shut down. They gave me a tracking number that never worked, and then told me I would get another one, but since then, I have not heard from them despite multiple attempts just to get a reply. I was speaking with Zhang biqin [email protected]. I am still waiting for a reply, but know that both my money and time are gone and wasted on this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very bad customer service, always send wrong order, employee is very rude, no good feed back, they do no refunds, most of the stuff onthe site they dont have,trust is verry verry bad, they will say anything to get your money, www.shoe-trading.com is very unprofessional website. No honesty at all.

She worked very hard to accomodate my business needs and was at all times most pleasant and courteous - a joy to deal with. I purchased $900.00 worth of products from this company and the quality of goods is excellent. They shipped goods out immediately and they arrived approximately 5 - 6 days later.This company truly does their best to make sure you are happy and works hard to build a trusting business relationship.
