Observation for chanel shoes

i ordered & paid for 3 pair of chanel shoes on 22 july.on aug 14 i received 2 pair only & the wrong sizes.i notified them & they said they will look into it & then tried to get me to return the shoes (but not pay) & they would refund & then said they would send me the missing pair.then communication stopped.i have emailed them many times to get tracking details as my customer keeps asking about her shoes & don't get replies.i paid for 3 & i want order completed.the only name i have is jason & he emailed me to see if i was happy with order but i don't know if he was the contact with the order.quality was ok but incorrect sizing & delivery was much too slow.
