I paid this seller (James) $55 for a sample, then he said oh sorry the item you purchased is not available anaymore. James told me that I have to pay more to buy the next higher price one. he refused to send me another one that is few dollars more than the one I wanted even though it is his fault and as a seller, James had to take responsibility. It has been over 2 months and he still did not give me my money back, did not contact me, and did not mail me anything. he is basically FRAUD.

I have had the most terrible experience with this supplier. After ordering and paying for 10 COACH bags from him, I never received the bags and it has now been 6 weeks if not more. I have since then emailed him to ask for a refund which he is now coming up with stories saying that in China he has to apply from the bank to refund me which I find extremely hard to believe. At this point I don't even want the bags...just a refund and NEVER ever to do business with him again.

I PURCHASED 2 PURSES WITH THIS COMPANY ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER GOT ANYWHERE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER (JAMES) SO I REQUESTED A REFUND WHICH I HAVE YET TO SEE BECAUSE I SENT HIM $144.20 FOR THE PURSES BY WESTERN UNION, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS IT LIKE I SAID IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS ALMOST AND STILL NO REFUND. I AM VERY UPSET WITH JAMES BECAUSE HE ASSURED ME HE WAS A GOOD BUSINESS MAN(WHAT A BUNCH OF LIES)!!!

Purchase bags and received nothing fraud

I western unioned the money for my order over a month ago. I still have not received my order and James the General manager is not responding to my emails. I am feeling like they stole my money.

This company told me that their minimum order was 6 pieces and I sent them $1153 which came to 10 handbags. Once they received the money, they told me they had a 18 piece minimum and could I send they money for 8 more bags. I said absolutely not, refund me my money right away. They told me it would take 7-10 days to refund my money and it has been about a month now. I want my money now! They are not good businessmen and I'm very dissatisfied. They are not returning any of my e-mails and I need my money back right now. I'm not even playing. I can e-mail you the western union slip tomorrow.

I sent $325 nz and after i have sent the money he told me the goods were not instock. therefore he would send the money back. his claim that it would take 7 days to transfer the money back is untrue. western union delivers money within 10-15 mins. I intend to contact consumer affairs and barr him from western union because I don't want others to have the same sitution. This man has not been suspicious before. A woman have questioned his dealings and isn't sure if he is believibe. I asked the general manager if I could pay with letter of credit and he said that he would have to pay $420 in fees. I was provided with two references. I contacted one that said she received her shipment and that the company is legitimate although I am still skeptical. Mr. Yao keeps insisting that his business moto is honesty. He also provided me with tracking numbers for orders sent to the U.S. which when checked showed some package was delivered in the U.S.

I paid James (Yao) a $98.00 + $12 through Western Union to buy sample of Holiday patchwork coachbag. This person took my money and never sent item. I have been working with James for a few weeks trying to get a shipment of handbags. James is reliable and he helps as much as he can. I plan to have a long term business with him!
