FRAUD EXPLANATION LETTER Dear sirs, We have ordered the goods from the company Hangzhou Yushuo Chemical Corp.,Ltd regis-tered at the following address: 3rd Floor,No.4-15 Xiaoshan Construction Material Business Center Linpu Town, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (Mainland) Tel: 0086-571-82835120 Fax: 0086-571-82835120 ,contact person Mr.Yang mobile phone 15372085579 in the quantity of 44 MT at the price 1450usd/MT , total contract value 63800usd and were the victims of the fraud. Goods were ordered 14th April 2011 and prepayed under contract HZYS20110214 at the amount of prepayment 19140 usd then loaded at the 16th April 2011 at the factory storage at the ad-dress:Luancheng Sedel Chemical Co., Ltd No.58-60 Shiluan Street(n) Luancheng County Shijiazhuang contact person Ms Yu 13833465626 , during the loading of the goods our party and SGS were present, we have the record of loading in photos and videos. But SGS order didn’t include container loading supervi-sion so after loading 1 containers of goods they left. Our party also supervised the loading of 1 container and left. The goods were then finished loading and shipped. Truck drivers goods receipt photo and seal photos are available. After goods arrival at the port of destination we made 3d party inspection again to be sure of the quality of the goods, but the received results were opposite to China SGS results: total content of tio2 only 18% instead of 93%. By the time goods reach port of destination total amount of payment we made was 41470usd (around 80% of contract value). That’s why we contacted the Seller with the claim to compensate our losses and return the goods but didn’t receive any positive reply so far. Please help us resolve this situation and urge the seller to undertake legal responsibilities.
