Dear All, We had very bad experience with this supplier (Hebei Dianchang Chemicals Co ltd) They loaded the goods using their forwarder and without sending us the pictures so we do not know what is in the container. We wanted to do inspection but by then they said they already send the goods to port and because it was raining agent did not take picture of loading. After that we kept on asking them for pictures they said they are checking with agent and later got to know that agent did not take the pictures, after that we asked them for documents which is a normal procedure to send Invoice, packing list and copy of BL after shipment but supplier refuse to give us these 3 documents saying that their agent told them we can release the goods with the copy of Invoice,packing and BL copy, Which is just not possible. After a lot of arguments they finally sent us a picture of one side of the bl where it shows shipper & consignee only. They refused to send us copies finally they did send and invoice packing list without product information, very simple. During all this time they kept on pressuring us for money a lot of pressure. We were scared to pay them the balance $40,000 because we have no proof what is inside the container and factory was just thinking about themselves and money money. After that they told us if we don\\\'t pay them they will ask the shipping company to send the goods back to them, We told them we would like to visit your factory if we feel they are ok to release payment we will but they refused our visit to factory. Elena refused to cooperate and arrange a visit. She was just not cooperating. Finally she said to call her boss and arrange the visit the boss speaks chinese only and said you pay us first then we can arrange your visit so we feel more scared. So they are big fraud company they do not provide documents and there is no proof what is in the container and not willing to corporate. we requested them a lot to solve everything in a proper way but Elena refused to listen. So finally have lost almost $20,000 deposit and did not pay them the balance. This factory is a big fraud they sweet talk at the beginning but do not follow requirements. they shipped the goods without letting us do inspection or take pictures, if it was raining so bad then how were they able to load the goods but not able to take pictures so we really don\\\'t know what is in the container.
