It is established on October 6, 2006. Total aggregate investment is 4.2 billion, of which the investment ratio of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD is 51%, and Hebei Yinshui Group is 49%. The company has a set of modern technical equipment, including sintering, iron-making, steel-making, continuous steel casting and rolling, as well as corresponding auxiliary facilities. More than 50% of the main equipment has reached the domestic advanced level. The production line of blast furnaces, converters, rolling mills has achieved a modern and large-scale level. The annual production capacity is 3 million tons.
In March 2012, the company responsing to the macroeconomic policy of "adjusting economic structure, improving the level of equipment manufacturing technology, self-funded 600 million to constructing a project of high-strength steel wheels in Kaiping Modern Equipment Manufacturing Park, Tangshan City. The production line of the first phase includes 3 production lines of 15ï¿½DC tubeless series, 5 production lines of equal strength and unequal thickness spinning spokes from German technology, as well as one spraying decoration line and one plate pretreatment line. The painting decoration line is the domestic large production capacity in single line of tubeless steel wheel.there are a lot of the most advanced professional spraying and carrying robots, which not only have the features of high degree of automation, large capacity, high efficiency, good quality of spraying, but also can greatly improve the working environment and reduce the stuff input. The first phase of project has put into production in October 2013. When fully putting into production, it will form the annual production capacity of 2.6 million sets. At present, we are working with the U S Wheel Group Corporation (AWG) to discuss the introduction of fully automated high-strength liahtweiqht tubeless wheel production lines, with an annual output of 2 million sets of production capacity By then our company will be the largest in North China, the domestic first-rate steel wheel production base.
