Lisa chen is the name of their fake sales manager who will answer your e-mails until you decide to send them money. They only do western union not paypal.Had me send a payment to an unknown name.They sent me a FAKE Tracking Number I was stupid to do this. STAY AWAY! SCAMERS DAVID ZHU IS NOT REAL. ASK FOR A UNIQUE REGISTER CORPORATE NUMBER! THEY WON'T GIVE YOU ONE! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I will also file a dispsute. I recieved no products. They stopped responding to my e-mails. I have been dealing with Mr David Zhu. I have paid him for 48 Garmin GPS units and have all the proper documentation to substantiate that thru bank to bank transfer. I have hard copies of all my and his e-mails. It is now 2 weeks later and I have NO Garmin GPS Nuvi units. I was told they did ship, however they did not ship to me in Pennsylvania USA. Instead a package went to Venice California USA, 3000 miles from my business address. I have been cheated out of my purchase and now Mr Zhu does not respond to my e-mails. WHY? All I want is my order filled and delivered or a refund in the amount of $1960. I don't know who reads these reviews, but I sure would like to hear from someone, even Mr Zhu. I will be filing fraud charges soon.
