Herbocare was established in the year 2012. The manufacturing site is located at 3, Thakorbhai Industrial Estate, N.H.No. 8, Abrama (E), Valsad – 396 001, South Gujarat, India. At this location there are two separate manufacturing Categories. One is Herbal Extraction and another is a Cosmetic formulation equipped for the formulation of Products in different forms viz., Powder extract, Liquid Extract, Gels, Creams, Lotions, Oils, etc.

The manufacturing activity is carried out according to the FDA Gujarat requirement of Schedule ‘T’ of the Indian Drugs and Cosmetic Act 1940. Drugs and Licensing Authority of the Director of the Medical and Health Services, Gujarat State controls the day to day licensing and regulatory activity. The goods are produced under valid manufacturing License number GA1711 issued by FDA, Gujarat India and valid until 04.11.2017 for manufacturing of above mentioned formulation.

No other Manufacturing activity is carried out at site.� Herbocare does not produce Wound Dressing, Surgical Sutures, Drug Substances, other chemicals, Toilet Preparation, Household Cleaning products or Disinfectants, Agricultural, Horticulture and Pesticides products.

Herbocare is licensed to manufacture Herbal Extract and Cosmetics. The formulations manufactured at site are for Human Use, Cosmetic Purposes and Agricultural up gradation only. No Cytotoxic, Beta lactam, Cephalosporin’s, Contraceptive Hormones specifically Toxic or Hazardous substances are manufactured / handled at the site. No Poisons and narcotics are used at the site. No solvents are used for manufacturing. The types of products manufactured includes Antihypertensive, Anti-allergics, Anti-malarials, Anti-viral, Anti-diabetic, Anti-bacterial, Expectorant, Analgesic & Anti-pyretic.Anti-fungal, Diuretics.

We do not do any outsourcing of products manufacturing to other side or party. In addition to in- House expertise, following Outside Technical Assistance for analysis has been contracted:

The finished product is released by the Quality Unit having minimum qualification of science graduation with work experience of not less than 8 years in the formulation. The Quality Unit is responsible for finished goods release for distribution as per Standard Operating Procedure. The batch releasing authority needs to verify that the batch has been manufactured in accordance with minimum requirement of FDA. We don’t employee any Process Analytical Technology (PAT) or Real Time Release or Parametric Release procedure.
