The production has roots in ancient traditions in the field of smoking and the digging of fish, but with its own product development, we have our trick to make the taste and the texture the way we mean it to be. The products that are manufactured at our premises at Hitra are made under strict standards of hygiene and quality control. Hitra Laks AS has its own system for quality assurance of the production. Raw materials purchased from regular vendors and undergo careful checking before they go into production.
