HONG KONG BADIN GROUP CO., LIMITED reviews

I tried several times to obtain information regarding the shipment of the product but unfortunately not getting respostas.do product shipment delays and by the seller after making the payment. I also asked them to make a complaint to the post office as undeliverable because I can open a complaint, but I got no answer. I paid for the products in early November 2010 for Christmas. I request the refund payment made. Attached is the deposit made on request of the seller by e-mail

An apple ipad was purchased from Hong Kong Badin trade Group via a buy offer i posted on Tradekey. After researching the company background and requesting company registration certificate and export certificate i decided to purchase from Mr William Liu of the Hong Kong Bading Trade company with the website www.badintrade.com. The Invoice and western union payments are attatched. This money from western union was cashed by the person named on the invoice. I received an item from Badin Trade Group company which included a pair of socks. I also have two other orders with this company that were purchased 30 October and 13 November 2010, these two orders have not arrived yet. I do not hold much hope that the apple Iphone and Dell Studio Laptop will ever arrive. I will probably receive some other piece of counterfeit clothing. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide some resolution or have Mr Liu prosecuted as he is now on Alibaba scamming people as i have had a reply to a post i made regarding his company.

After 4 November, 2010, there was no reply from him because he got the money, His name is Liu William, company name is Hong Kong Badin Group, He is a big time fraud created fake bank account and fake e-mail address and cheated me, I got him only from trade key website so you are responsible, Please get my laptop or my money back from him. Note : All the important details have been attached in this form, Please go through and do justice for me. Thank You.

I made a payment for sample product last Nov 4,2010 western unionMTCN#680-927-3395 for Yulan Peng amount USD242. Liu Willam gave me EMS tracking number#RR929361708CN but never received anything,i even contacted EMS counterpart here in US to check maybe i can just pick up the product from its location but they told me its still in china until i decided to cancel the order nov17,2010 because i placed another order and Willam Liu guarantee that she will use DHL this time for me to received the product within 3-4 days.I made another payment last Nov 16,2010 with Wells Fargo (T/T) FW-0000197-321-122631 to JiaGui Tang Bank of China Account#1320-0226-3100 Swift Code BKCHCNBJ240 amount USD1730.00. Willam Liu gave me again tracking # RR933445545CN which is EMS again. Now i am worried if Im going to receive anything from them because as i tract the item until now nov 22,2010 its still for posting in China. I will really really lost my job if i will not get the product, for sure i lost my customers already because i am two weeks behind from agreed date. Now every time i tried to communicate with Willam Liu she is not responding, email or chat no more.
