Observation for Pro V1 golf balls

This company sells counterfeit Titleist Pro v1 golf balls. I don't know about the rest of their products. I asked the seller plainly if his balls were counterfeit and he said they were not. So instead of a 1 Dozen sample, I trusted the company for 10 Dozens. After receiving the golf balls and verifying that they were not genuine, I asked the seller for a refund. He did not respond. I then sent a conteroffer to get a golf club from him instead of a refund, he did respond with an offer. I retracted though because I cannot risk the product being counterfeit. I lost $330 on transactions with this seller.
