We ordered an iPad 64gb wifi 3g from Hong Kong Weiss dragon for $420 on July 26, 2010. We did a Wire transfer to Hong Yang. We have not received the iPad and have been told to wait-that it was coming. It's now September 6th and we have not received the iPad. We want our money back now. Why are there so many fraudulent companies on Trade Key? Since this happened, I've been on the forums discussing all the companies that commit fraud under Trade Key. We dealt with Anna <[email protected]> and one email from Yang Yong <[email protected]>.

Hello, please help me with my case. I will like to complain this company because they seem to hide from me after they recieved the payment. I paid them a total of $1,300 USD as you will find on the attached file. They said that my orders will arrive this coming friday and the destination is for Canada & Philippines, but i was surprise when they gave me the tracking numbers the page where i need to check it does not belong to any of the said courier that listed on the page, here is the page for tracking the shipment http://intmail.183.com.cn/item/itemStatusQuery.do?lan=0 and since the day they gave me the tracking number, the status has not changed and the status remains posting. And the sales person who was always talking to me during the negotitaion which her ID name is ANNA said after giving me the tracking number that she will be on leave and that she does not know when she will be back but someone will substitute her but my surprise i barely see them online and when it is online and i send a message they does not answer back or they barely answer. I finally had an answer who was claiming to be the manager but then his answers were not clear to me and when i asked him to send to me by fax the invoice of our transaction he just said ok and did not even asked for my number and then all of a sudden he got offline without notice. I will like they pay me back the money since those are orders from my clients and they are expecting for it but after all this analization i guess i was being faked. i hope you could help me get back the money i paid them and i will find another supplier who is reliable and credible to be.
