I was looking for suppliers of original, authentic Apple iPhones to sell on eBay and my online store. This seller had good prices, so I contacted them and asked them many questions about their products and whether or not they were "real" iPhones. Based upon what I was told, I believed that the phones were real. I placed two iPhones on eBay and both of them sold. I submitted two separate Western Union transactions to this company in payment for the phones and had the items dropshipped directly to my customers. The first customer received the phone and immediately contacted me to say the phone was a fake. He said in his email to me that the item said "HIPHONE" on it and was not an original. Thus, he wants a full refund and is mad at me for selling him goods that are not as promised. I have contacted the seller and he refuses to allow me to return the phones, even though he stated, in an email to me in the beginning, that the product could be returned if I was not satisfied. I am not satisfied and my customers are not satisfied, yet he refuses to give me my money back. I have to return the money to my customers, because the phones are fake, so I am out close to $1000.00 because of this company and their lies. The person who the funds were sent to was a Limin Yuang. The email address used for corespondence to me is [email protected]. They are located in Putian, China. Total funds sent Western Union was $390.00 US, not including Western Union fees.

I ordered a 16 Gb ipod touch and 8 GB 3rd G Ipod nano and was send a 3rd g ipod look alike that will not even power up and a knock off Mp4 player that only somewhat resembles an ipod touch. I have not had any contact with the seller since he/she gave me the tracking number. I sent $280 Via western union.
